The females are in charge of building the nest, incubate eggs and care for chicks.

It breeds between April and August; the dates vary according to geographic region where they are. The nest is a cup placed on horizontal branches (often dead), of plant material (leaves, fibers like cotton, grass), woven with cobweb and decorated with bits of lichen. Put 2 eggs. Nothing is known more.
