Distinguishing Characteristics

18.0 - 19.0 cm. Eyes dark, area around the eye bright orange. Bill small, bright orange. Head black. Nape, back and rump olive; wings and tail darker and gray. Throat, chest, belly and feathers that cover undertail lemon, spotted dusky on chest. Sides and flanks gray. Legs bright yellow. Males and females are similar. Juveniles undescribed.
