Orinoco Piculet Picumnus pumilus

Sections
  • © Ian Davies

Unfortunately, the life history of this piculet is currently virtually unknown. It inhabits humid forests, savanna, gallery woodland borders, and scrub thickets, and forages at all heights. Orinoco Piculets are plain above, and buffy below with narrow black barring.
