Priorities for Future Research
Introduction
Relatively little is known about the Horned Screamer, especially in comparison with other species of screamers, such as the Southern Screamer (Chauna torquata) (5), and there are a multitude of opportunities for meaningful study.
Further research is particularly needed to better understand its demographics and population trends, which could be crucial in future conservation assessments.
