Sounds and Vocal Behavior


Emits a clear whistle cotuí or pur cotuí. The voice to grouped is ¿ca-loi-qui?, responded with a juil-qui. When alarmed, emit a sharp kreh-kreh. Individuals sing mainly at dawn and dusk, increasing the intensity during the breeding season.
